Season Logistics

How do I participate? +

(Students) To participate, you must submit our Onboarding form to join the team for your selected game titles. You must ALSO then complete the signup on LeagueOS following the link given via the form. Following completion, VESL Operations will place you on a team.

(Teachers) For any questions or roster submissions, please contact ahmad@stiegleredtech.org!

All midseason roster changes must be approved by VESL Operations.

Game Account Connection (REQUIRED) +

All players are required to connect their game accounts on LeagueOS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure to do so can result in removal from the season!

To connect your accounts, navigate to LeagueOS.

Connect your Discord! (Recommended)+

Connecting your Discord is the best way to get in contact with VESL Esports Operations as well as communicate with your teammates and opponents! We will also host some fun events there! While this is NOT required, it is highly recommended!

Roster Info +

The 2026 Spring Split allows for the creation of new teams, but existing rosters can be carried over or edited at any point before the season begins. Teachers can resubmit their rosters or notify us of any changes to existing rosters at chefb@stiegleredtech.org.

Rosters lock mid-season. Check the Season Calendar for the specific deadline. Rosters submitted after the lock are ineligible to participate in league play.

All students new or returning MUST complete the Onboarding Form.

Match Schedule +

For our Premier leagues, all season matchups will be available from day ONE.

Contender leagues will run in a Swiss format for the Spring so the schedule will be generated WEEKLY. Teams will play on the same day every week UNLESS rescheduled.

Matches for all games are expected to be completed by Saturday at 11:59 PM.

When the season starts on March 1st, all matches will be found by navigating to your LeagueOS Dashboard.

Mobile Users may have more success navigating directly to LeagueOS Comms.

Match Rescheduling +

Must be proposed in LeagueOS chat PRIOR to match time. Both captains must agree.

Playoffs Qualification +

The top 32 teams from each game title will qualify for playoffs either directly or through Last Chance Qualifiers (LCQ).

States Qualification +

Top 8: Marvel Rivals, Valorant, Rocket League, SSBU Crews, SSBU Solos.
Top 4: CFB26, NBA 2K26.

Team placements from both the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 Splits will combine in a season-long leaderboard where top teams will qualify to States!

Streaming Policy +

Players may stream their own POV with a recommended 3-minute delay to prevent sniping.
